Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing time

-  As all of our products are handmade, any custom order is non-refundable and non exchangable.
-The processing time varies depending on the item.
Please allow 1-2 weeks (usually less) to process the order before being shipped. After that time expect an email to let you know your order is on the way.
I often have items sent out within 2-4 days.

-If you need an item earlier than the stated processing time, please message us first to see if it can be completed on time. 

Shipping  Carrier
All our orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking.
Once the package has been shipped, It may take 1-2  weeks to be delivered to it destination.
Once the package has been shipped, the delivery time is out of our control so we are not responsible for any delay.
 
Shipping rates
We use standar shipping method. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out.

Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main priorities. Before any order leaves my office, it has been checked multiple times to ensure the quality  of my work  is of the highest grade.
