Return policies

Damage or defective Items
We do NOT accept returns or refunds unless it is our error, after you send us proof of the defective product, the case will be analyzed and it will be decided whether or not it qualifies to be replaced or refunded.

Custom or personalized items
Concidering the nature of the product, custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
  1. Return the item in its original packaging within 10 business days from delivery.
  2. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received.
  3.  No refund for items received but changed your mind about.
  4. Shipping costs  are NON-REFUNDABLE
  5. Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
